Shivali Tandon

Shivali Tandon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2010, they started their career as an Executive at Kassa Finvest Pvt Ltd. Shivali then moved on to Myra Digital (India) Pvt Ltd. in 2012, where they worked as an Operational Specialist for a year. In 2013, Shivali joined Icreon Communications Pvt. Ltd. and held the position of AM-HR | Manager-CSR for eight years, until 2021. Currently, they are working at Clensta as the Head of Human Resources since November 2021 and as the Vice President-HR & OD since June 2022.

Shivali Tandon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Hons. from Delhi University from 2009 to 2012. Shivali then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune from 2014 to 2016. In 2020, they decided to further their education and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on Strategic Management and Business Research Methods & Ecommerce from Annamalai University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Shivali Tandon has also obtained various certifications. Shivali completed courses such as "Creating a Product-Centric Organization" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "HR - Agile HR Fundamentals (Human Resources)" from Udemy in December 2020, "Certificate Program on Corporate Social responsibility" from Udemy in October 2020, "'HR Analytics' - 3 Days certified workshop at CII, Mumbai" from Confederation of Indian Industry in September 2018, "'Advanced Ms Excel' 1 Day workshop IHC New Delhi" from Strategic HR and Trainings in March 2018, "PITMAN OFFICE PROCEDURE from City and Guilds of London Institute" from City and Guilds of London Institute in February 2010, and "PROFICIENCY in COMPUTER APPLICATIONS from New Horizons Computer Learning Centre (YWCA)" from New Horizons Computer Learning Centre in February 2010. Additionally, they attended the "HR 4.0 Conclave involved the discussion on the spectrum of digital HR Technologies for effectively implementing HR systems" organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in September 2019.
