Annika Schneider

Annika Schneider's work experience begins in 2016 as a Graphic Design Intern at echtweiß Corporate Design, where they collaborated with authors and the Creative Director to design layouts for an annual magazine and created identity systems and print material for local clients.

In 2017, they worked as a Visual Designer at SAP.iO, where they developed brand guidelines for SAP.iO, assisted startups with their identity systems and branding, and created marketing assets and templates for consistent communications.

Starting in 2018, Annika joined SAP, first as a User Experience Designer on the SAP.iO Venture Studio core team, providing design work for early-stage startups in various industries. Afterward, they became a Senior User Experience Design Specialist, supporting SAP's early-stage ventures with design and product directions based on research and workshops.

In 2019, Annika co-founded FlexPay by SAP, where they served as the Design & Marketing Lead, responsible for the end-to-end product experience, focusing on on-demand salary payments to improve financial stability for employees.

At Cazoo, Annika took on multiple roles starting in 2021. First, as a Senior Product Designer, and then as a Design Team Lead. In the latter role, they managed a team of product designers, overseen UX strategy, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences in Payments and Consumer Finance offerings in the UK and EU.

Most recently, Annika joined Cleo as the Lead Product Designer in 2022.
