Giovanni Lotti

Giovanni Lotti has a diverse work experience. Giovanni currently holds the position of VP of People at Cleo, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tractable from 2017 to 2023, where they served as both the VP of People from February 2020 to May 2023, and the Head of People from June 2017 to February 2020. From 2015 to 2017, Giovanni worked as a Consultant at Propel Executive. Before that, they worked at Bain & Company from 2014 to 2015, where they served as an Associate Consultant, involved in a range of projects including business planning, cost engineering, due diligence, and core product re-engineering. In 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant at Transparency International, where they contributed to a project on measuring corruption in public tenders in Slovakia.

Giovanni Lotti's education history starts with him obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Università Bocconi between 2010 and 2013.
