Anita Sidhwani

Anita Sidhwani has over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Anita currently serves as the Head of HR, Operations, Legal, and Compliance at Cleo, a cloud integration technology company. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Talent Scout and People Operations Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation. Anita also held roles at companies such as The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Wenger & Watson Inc, Indegene Lifesystems Pvt. Ltd., Times Group, Scotiabank, and HRS Consulting, Inc., where they gained extensive experience in talent management, HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.

Anita Sidhwani has a Post Graduation Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their BBM degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Jyoti Nivas College in Bangalore from 2003 to 2006.
