Gaurav Tungare

Gaurav Tungare has a diverse work experience in the field of customer experience and services. Gaurav worked at Cleo from 2018, starting as a Managed Services Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager - Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director Customer Experience. Prior to Cleo, Gaurav worked at Infosys Limited as a Lead Consultant from 2015 to 2018. Gaurav began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant in 2004, where they gained valuable experience before moving on to other roles.

Gaurav Tungare obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold a certification in Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews from LinkedIn, which they obtained in July 2020.
