Judy Martens

Judy Martens is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in contract management and maritime operations. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Corporate Contracts Specialist at Cleo since August 2022, Martens previously held positions as Contract Manager and Contracts Administrator at 3Degrees Group, Inc. from May 2021 to August 2022. Martens has extensive maritime experience, having worked as Captain and Crew for various public passenger vessels and private charters from June 2004 to March 2020. Additional roles include National Community Engagement Manager at SBP from November 2015 to June 2019 and Attorney at Fertig & Gramling from September 2012 to August 2015, where Martens also worked as a Law Clerk. Martens holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Florida International University.
