Mohamed Elbanna has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mohamed started their career as a steward at Crown Plaza Hotel in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Mohamed then joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Chiftledar from 2008 to 2009. Mohamed then moved on to work at Coral Beach Hotel & Resort Beirut as a supervisor from 2010 to 2012. Mohamed then joined T Continental Plaza Beach Hotel Sharm Elshikh as a senior supervisor from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Mohamed is working at Cleopatra Luxury Hotels & Resorts, where they have held increasing responsibilities, starting as an assistant chief steward from 2014 to 2017, then becoming the chief steward from 2017 to present. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of executive chief steward in March 2020.
Mohamed Elbanna attended Tanta University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Tourism and Hotels. Mohamed also earned an Associate's degree in Tourism Promotion Operations during the same period. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Customer Car from the Ministry of Tourism, Firefighting from the Civil Protection Service, Green Hotel from the Ministry of Tourism, Grooming Hygiene from the Ministry of Tourism, Haccp from the European Union, Management and business from the European Union Monitoring Mission, Steward Skils from the Ministry of Tourism, TOT from the European Union, and Wow training from the Ministry of Tourism.
