Jesper Rosendal

Head of Customer Onboarding at Clerk.io

Jesper Rosendal is the current Head of Customer Onboarding at Clerk.io, and has been in this role since September 2020. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Dixa from November 2018 to August 2020. Jesper has also worked as a Support Manager at Trustpilot from April 2013 to October 2018, where they were responsible for motivating a team of international Support Agents. In their previous roles, Jesper has been responsible for managing and motivating teams, facilitating resolution on escalated tickets, participating in the daily work in the Support team, dispatching and solving tickets from the Community, and improving productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending relevant improvements in tools, training and processes.
