Kristian Lundgaard

Kristian Lundgaard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristian started their career as a Salesman at Elgiganten A/S in 2010. Kristian then worked as an Instructor at Fort Østerlund from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they served as a Travel Guide at Falk Lauritsen Rejser from 2014 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Telavox as an Account Manager and later took on roles such as Operations and Manager Advisor, where they successfully built and managed the Danish advisor team. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as Head of Advisor in the SME Segment at Telavox, leading a team of five team leads. In 2022, they became the Product Operations Manager at Telavox. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Onboarding at Clerk.io, starting in 2023.

Kristian Lundgaard completed their HHX gymnasiel uddannelse with a focus on Afsætning VØ at Silkeborg Handelsskole HHX from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they also pursued a Guide uddanelsen at Service og Co. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Head of Customer Success Leadership Program from Startdeliver in December 2021.
