Gareth Lock

Gareth Lock is the current COO at GLH Hotels. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer - Belgo, Bella Italia & Cafe Rouge at the Casual Dining Group from May 2016 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Business Development Director at hub by Premier Inn from November 2013 to October 2014.

Lock began their career with Premier Inn in March 2010 as National Operations Director - Whitbread. Gareth then took on the role of Central Operations Director at Whitbread in April 2009 before moving to Spirit Pub Company as National Operations Director - Flaming Grill in October 2014. In September 2008, they became Regional Operations Manager at Whitbread Restaurants before taking on the role of New Concepts Manager at Mitchells & Butlers in July 2007.

Gareth Lock reports to Alan Morgan, CEO. They work with Debbie Moore - Group HR Director, Richard Sabberton-Coe - General Counsel and Company Secretary, and Alex Phillips - Property Director, GLH Hotels.
