Lorenzo Cascione

Lorenzo Cascione is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as Vice President at Clessidra Private Equity since May 2021, Lorenzo previously held key roles at Deutsche Bank, including Vice President Investment Banking, and at Houlihan Lokey as an Investment Banking Associate. With a strong focus on M&A and debt restructuring, Lorenzo has been involved in over 20 significant transactions, advising major companies such as Ilva, Space2, and Italmobiliare. Lorenzo's educational background includes an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics and Finance for Business Management from Sapienza Università di Roma.
