Tony Hallén

Head of HR&QA at Cleura

Tony Hallén has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Tony currently serves as the Head of HR&QA at Cleura, where they lead two departments and emphasizes the importance of structure and culture in achieving success. In addition, they are the temporary Coordinator of the Swedish Hub for the Gaia-X initiative, a role in which they spread information and connects interested parties with existing Data Space work.

Previously, Tony was the CEO of REVERENTIA Management AB, where they worked as a consultant in business development, process development, group and leadership development, coaching, and as a UGL-supervisor and GDQ certified facilitator.

Tony also held various positions at City Network International AB, including Head of Quality Assurance and Vice President of Human Resources & Quality Assurance. In both roles, they focused on building structure, culture, and information security within the company.

Prior to that, Tony worked as a Program Manager at Hyper Island, a Business developer and UGL Supervisor at Indigo Management AB, and as an Integrator at Windoor Sverige AB. At Evolator Teknik AB, they served as a Quality Assurance Manager, and at Pelmatic and Kockums AB, they worked as a Konstruktör (Engineer).

Tony Hallén's education history includes the following:

- In 2013, they attended Sandahl Partner and obtained a certification as a GDQ administrator.

- Also in 2013, they attended Skillnad AB and became certified as a Teambook consultant.

- From 2009 to 2010, they studied at Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University and earned a UGL Handledare (Understanding Groups and Leadership) degree in Team & Ledarskap.

- In 2010, they completed a certification in UGL Handledare at FHS (Försvarshögskolan).

- From 1990 to 1992, they attended Blekinge Institute of Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.

- From 1987 to 1990, they studied at School af Chapman Karlskrona and received a high school degree with a focus on Engineering Technology, General.
