Pam M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pam started their career in 1992 with a Marketing Internship at Development Dimensions International. Pam then worked at S&T Bank in various marketing roles, including Assistant Vice President and Vice President, where they managed multiple product portfolios and successfully launched new accounts and debit cards. In 2008, Pam joined Kennametal, where they held several positions, including Marketing Communications Manager and Global Marketing Project Manager. Their responsibilities involved improving customer relationships, expanding digital content, and reducing catalog production time. Pam later joined Nord-Lock Group as a Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing activities in the Americas. Currently, Pam is working as the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director at Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co.
Pam M. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a high school diploma from Greater Latrobe High School between 1986 and 1989. In addition to their formal education, Pam M. obtained the Lean Green Belt - Value Stream Mapping certification from Kennametal - Operational Excellence Director in February 2013.
