Adam Hicks

Adam Hicks has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Dishwasher at Mad Jacks from 2016 to 2018, where they learned valuable skills such as responsibility, organization, and productivity. Adam then worked as a Sales Associate at PVH Corp. from 2018 to 2019, gaining interest in the sales field and assisting customers in selecting business clothing items. In 2019, they became a Host at Mad Jack's, helping customers to their tables and managing reservations, while also developing organizational skills for takeout orders. From 2021 to 2022, Adam worked at Bulk Apothecary as a Logistics Specialist, responsible for picking heavy items, printing labels, and loading trucks, as well as a Sales Intern, where they learned valuable sales techniques including closing sales. In 2022, they worked as an Event Security personnel for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Currently, Adam is a Sales and Marketing Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, where their main objectives include assisting in targeting different OEM accounts and working across various departments within the company.

Adam Hicks completed their high school education at Aurora High School from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a general studies curriculum. Following this, they enrolled in John Carroll University in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Integrated Marketing.
