Austin Cook

Austin Cook has a diverse work experience in the sports and hospitality industry. Austin started their career in 2012 at Quail Hollow Resort as an Outside Operations staff member and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they had a short-term role as a Seasonal Account Executive for Organizational Business Development at the Cleveland Cavaliers. From 2017 onwards, Austin has been with the Cleveland Cavaliers, holding various roles including Account Executive, Junior Business Development Specialist, Business Development Specialist, Manager of Premium Hospitality Development, Senior Manager of Premium Membership Development, and currently, Director of Premium Membership Development. Austin'sroles at the Cavaliers have involved generating business revenue, developing premium membership programs, and managing hospitality development.

Austin Cook completed their education in a chronological manner. Austin attended Riverside High School from 2009 to 2013, obtaining their high school diploma. Austin then enrolled at Ohio University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. During their time at Ohio University, they also participated in The Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre from 2014 to 2016, focusing on sales. In addition to their formal education, Austin Cook obtained certifications in Google Analytics For Beginners from Google in April 2020, and HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot in November 2016.
