Heather Brockler

Heather Brockler has over 17 years of work experience in human resources. Heather started their career as a Human Resources Associate at the American Red Cross Northern Ohio Blood Region in 2004. In 2007, they joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Human Resources Manager and held various positions within the company, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources. As of June 2022, they serve as the Vice President of People and Culture for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Heather Brockler attended Bowling Green State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Administration and Management.
