Christine Dunham

Christine Dunham has a diverse work experience in various roles related to people development and culture. Christine is currently working at Kantata as a Senior Director of People Development and Culture since June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of People Development and Culture at Mavenlink starting from January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and People Development at Mavenlink from July 2020 to January 2022.

Christine has also worked as a Professor at Rutgers University since January 2016, where they designed an online course curriculum and facilitated an asynchronous four-week course on professional presence and presentations.

Their earlier experiences include working at Ingram Micro as a Global Talent Management and Organizational Development Consultant, Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Senior Performance Consultant, and Senior Sales Trainer from 1998 to 2020. At Ingram Micro, they designed and delivered leadership, communication, and business skills training, identified development interventions, and counseled individuals on their career development plans.

Before that, Christine worked at Qualex, a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak, as a Training Supervisor where they supervised a call center and managed training activities. Christine also worked at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts as a Trainer, where they presented guest service and orientation programs and developed a reward and recognition program.

Christine Dunham pursued their higher education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. From 1991 to 1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication. Later, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communication Studies, completing their studies between 1995 and 1997.

Additionally, Christine has obtained several certifications through LinkedIn. In March 2020, they completed the course "How to Use LinkedIn Learning". Subsequently, in April 2020, they obtained certifications in "Embracing Unexpected Change", "Mixtape: Learning Highlights on Personal Effectiveness", and "The Mindful Workday". In May 2020, they further enhanced their skills with a certification in "Improving Your Listening Skills". Finally, in June and July 2020, they obtained certifications in "Attracting, Hiring, and Working with Gen Z" and "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" respectively.
