Lainey Donalson

Lainey Donalson has a diverse work experience, with roles in various organizations. In 2019, they worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate for the Cleveland Browns until October 2022. In 2021, Lainey served as the President of Morgan's Message, a role they still hold. Lainey also worked as a Creative Assistant for KO17 Lacrosse, LLC from September 2021 to January 2022. In 2022, Lainey became a Carroll Reads Tutor at the JCU Center for Service and Social Action from January to May. Later that year, they joined the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission as a Partnerships Activation Intern from August to December. Most recently, Lainey started working as an Account Executive for the Cleveland Cavaliers in June 2023.

Lainey Donalson obtained their High School Diploma from Mt Lebanon Senior High School during the period between 2015 and 2019. Lainey then pursued their further education at John Carroll University from 2019 to 2023, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sports Studies.
