Jorge Costa

Jorge Costa is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in anaesthesia and clinical perfusion. Currently serving as a Trainee Clinical Perfusion Scientist at Barts Health NHS Trust since September 2023, Jorge has also held the position of Senior Anaesthetic Nurse at Cleveland Clinic London since October 2021. Previously, Jorge was the Anaesthetic Team Leader at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from May 2018 to December 2021 and worked as an Anaesthetics & Recovery Nurse/Theatre Practitioner at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust between October 2013 and May 2018. Jorge holds a Licentiate degree in Registered Nursing from Escola Superior de Saúde de Viseu, studied between 2009 and 2013, and possesses a post-graduate degree in Anaesthesia from the University of Surrey.
