Cynthia Jerde, CHTS-TR, has extensive experience in healthcare administration and implementation, currently serving as a Health Unit Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic since October 2017 and as an Implementation Specialist at Alego Health since May 2015. Cynthia has played a pivotal role in multiple Epic and Allscripts implementations, offering training and support to clinical staff across various healthcare institutions. As the Director of Educational Services at MyHIPAA Guide since January 2017, Cynthia provides contractual educational guidance.
