Eric Hendrickson

Eric Hendrickson is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps and automation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Cleveland Clinic since May 2022, Eric designs and implements automated solutions, including a comprehensive DRaaS solution. Prior experience at Mayo Clinic spanned nearly 18 years, during which Eric held various technical roles, including IT Technical Specialist I and Sr. IT Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included leading automation initiatives and developing critical automated processes for data handling. Eric holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is pursuing a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, expected to complete in October 2024.
