Howard Watkins

Howard Watkins is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and supervision. Currently serving as Project Superintendent at Cleveland Construction, Inc. since October 2022, Howard previously held positions as Assistant Superintendent at Building Crafts, Inc. and Project Manager at 1st Call Disaster Services and PE-Services. At PE-Services, responsibilities included ensuring timely production of construction documents and acting as the primary point of contact during the construction administration process. With additional experience as Construction Manager at Celanese and various engineering roles at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Howard has a robust understanding of bid package specifications, project coordination, safety compliance, and cost management. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology.
