Jack Quinif

Jack Quinif began their work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Training Coordinator at Licking County Joint Vocational School in 1980. Jack then moved on to become an Industrial Training Consultant/Apprenticeship & Public Safety Coordinator at the same school, where they provided customized training to local industries and worked with unions and management to develop self-directed work teams. Jack also consulted with Owens Corning as the Newark Plant's Training Manager for two and a half years. In 1996, Jack became the Pre-Employment Training Coordinator (PET) at Licking County Joint Vocational School, where they trained and managed candidates for employment and coordinated the interview process for member companies. Additionally, they developed and designed a team-based workshop to train other consortiums on how to implement PET. In 1999, Jack joined Cleveland Construction, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources.

Jack Quinif has a diverse education history. In 1980-1984, they attended The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Professional Teaching Certificate and became a Certified Diversified Industrial Trainer. Jack'sfield of study during this time was Teacher Education. In 1993-1994, they pursued further training at Productivity Systems Development and earned the title of Certified Master Trainer of Self Directed Work Teams. In 1996, they attended Maplewood Community College and obtained a certification in OSHA Train the Trainer General Industry. In 1998, they completed a certification course as a Diversified Cooperative Trainer at The University of Toledo. Finally, in 2011, they enrolled in the National Center for Construction, Education, and Research and became a Certified Master Trainer.
