Lee Springer, PhD

Lee Springer, PhD has extensive work experience in clinical laboratory services, holding various leadership positions in different organizations. Lee is currently the Director of Clinical Lab Services at Cleveland Diagnostics, Inc. and Founder & CEO of Aliquot Healthcare Solutions. Lee has also worked as a consultant at Vectis Solutions LLC. Additionally, they have held editorial roles at Biomedical Journal of Scientific & Technical Research and International Clinical Pathology Journal. Lee previously served as Vice President of Laboratory and Clinical Affairs and Director of Laboratory Partnerships at Brio Systems. Lee also worked as Director of Laboratory Services at The Bellevue Hospital and Director of Clinical Laboratory Medicine at PTS Diagnostics. Earlier in their career, they were Director of laboratory Services and Performance Improvement at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital and Director of Hospital Laboratory Services/Medical Director of Satellite Laboratory Services at Glencoe Regional Health Services.

Lee Springer, PhD received an AS in Medical Laboratory Technology from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2001, and a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Naval School of Health Sciences the same year. In 2006-2008, Springer earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from TUI University, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration from TUI University in 2008-2009. In 2009-2013, Springer attended Capella University and obtained a PhD in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, in 2011, Springer earned a Certificate in Six-Sigma Healthcare from Villanova University.
