Kimberlea Palsa

Kimberlea Palsa currently holds the position of Director of Ticket Sales and Service Operations for the Cleveland Monsters, a role undertaken since July 2017. Prior to this, Kimberlea served in various capacities within the Lake Erie Monsters and Cleveland Gladiators, including Manager of Membership Activation and Senior Membership Activation Specialist. Kimberlea's experience includes developing retention strategies, fostering relationships with season ticket holders, and managing substantial account bases, achieving significant revenue milestones and high renewal percentages. Kimberlea also held earlier roles in sales with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Hickory Crawdads while earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Gardner-Webb University.
