Waleed Abukhaled

Waleed Abukhaled has extensive experience in academic and business environments, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University since April 2016, where responsibilities include teaching courses on Six Sigma Quality Management, Project Management, and Business Research while providing student support in a collaborative setting. Concurrently, since November 2013, Waleed has worked as a Business Analyst at Cleveland Municipal Court, facilitating communication between IT staff and business personnel to enhance operational efficiency through process improvement. Prior experience includes roles at Cleveland Clinic from September 2006 to November 2013, where Waleed functioned as an Embassy Liaison and Second Opinion Coordinator, supporting international patients with vital medical assessments. Waleed holds a Master of Business Administration from Aspen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Kent State University.
