Michalena Mezzopera

Michalena Mezzopera is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teaching Innovation Fellow at the Cleveland Museum of Art, focusing on object-based learning and action-research projects related to the museum's collection. With a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design, Michalena has been a High School English Teacher at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School since 2019, and previously taught high school theology while also contributing as a marketing assistant. Additional experience includes editing children's art books and teaching art and creative writing to elementary students at Lakeland Community College. Michalena holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Secondary Education from John Carroll University.
