Pam Eyerdam has over 30 years of experience in library and information science, currently serving as the Fine Arts & Special Collections Manager at Cleveland Public Library since June 2005. This role involves overseeing the Fine Arts area, which encompasses materials related to visual arts, architecture, music books and scores, as well as arts education, in addition to managing the world's largest chess library within Special Collections. Prior to this, Pam held the position of Head of Reference and Fine Arts at Cleveland State University from 1986 to 2005 and worked as an Art/Slide Librarian at the University of Akron Art Department from 1982 to 1986. Pam's educational background includes a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and two degrees in Art History with a focus on Public Art & Architecture, one from Cleveland State University and one from Kent State University.
