The Leadership Team at Cleveland Public Library is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational excellence of the organization. Comprising top executives such as the Chief Talent Officer, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer, and Executive Director and CEO, among others, this team collaborates to drive the library’s mission and vision. They focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, inclusivity, and community engagement, while managing financial health, strategic initiatives, operations, special projects, and collections.
