Frederick Slezak

Frederick Slezak is an experienced medical professional and educator with a diverse background in surgery and healthcare management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Cleveland School of Cannabis since January 2022, Frederick Slezak teaches the Endocannabinoid System within the Executive and Dispensary programs. Previously, Frederick Slezak was the Principal Owner of RJS Corporation from May 2014 to September 2023 and enjoyed a lengthy career as a Clinical Professor of Surgery at NEOMED until retirement in October 2019. Additionally, Frederick Slezak contributed to Summa Health as a retired medical staff member and practiced as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon at Associated Surgical Specialists LTD from July 1987 to June 2019. Academically, Frederick Slezak holds an MBA in Healthcare from Kent State University, an MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and a BS in Natural Science from The University of Akron.
