Marty Barnard

Martin Barnard, MBA, currently serves as the Events Director for the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, overseeing the planning and execution of signature events for over 800 member businesses in Arlington, VA. Previously, Martin held the role of Senior Event Concierge at Northwest Center, coordinating more than 200 high-profile events, and contributed to program improvements through strategic documentation. Martin began their career at Amazon as a Corporate Receptionist and also gained valuable experience managing a team of student venture capitalists at NEOSVF. With a strong foundation in event management and leadership, Martin held various influential positions during academic pursuits at Cleveland State University, including Student Body President and Graduate Assistant. Martin holds a B.A. in Music, Film/Video, and Photographic Arts from Cleveland State University.
