Lisa Durkin

Lisa Durkin is the Vice President of Human Resources at The Cleveland Orchestra. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has previously worked as the Deputy CHRO for Cuyahoga County Executive and the Executive Director of Human Resources for Hiram College. Lisa is a strategic leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing cost-effective human resource programs. Lisa is an expert in labor relations and has a deep understanding of payroll and benefits administration. Lisa is committed to creating a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Lisa Durkin has a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University with a concentration in public finance. Lisa also has a Bachelor of Science from Cleveland State University in Political Science. Lisa is a graduate of Leadership Academy Class XVII and holds a certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
