Hiep Pham

Hiep Pham is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Clever Care Health Plan since August 2019. Prior to this role, Pham held the same position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Advantage from October 2014 to December 2019. With over a decade of experience at SCAN Health Plan, Pham has served in various financial planning and analysis roles, including Vice President and Director. Pham also has experience in operations finance as a Senior Manager at Gateway, Inc. and pricing management at Newgen Corporation. With a background in finance and accounting, Pham holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton.
