Alyssa Evans

Alyssa Evans has over nine years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Public Relations Strategist for Clever Real Estate. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Leasing & Marketing Professional for Lincoln Property Company, where they created social media content to attract prospective residents and helped match prospective residents' needs and wants to help them find their new homes. From 2012 to 2018, they held two positions at Wegmans Food Markets, first as a Community Relations Intern and then as a Stocker. In their role as a Community Relations Intern, they processed donation requests from organizations within the store communities, built strong relationships with other Wegmans employees, and used Excel, PowerPoint, Word and a donation processing system to complete their daily work. As a Stocker, they stocked shelves full of the weekly shipment of product and interacted with customers to handle their needs and answer their questions. In 2018, they were a Media Relations Intern at Albany Medical Center, where they assisted the entire media relations department in producing and editing outgoing publications and postings including press releases, articles, brochures, e-blasts, and social media posts. Alyssa also wrote and published articles in the intercompany newsletter and assisted with office photography and videography.

Alyssa Evans attended The College of Saint Rose from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Major in Communications with a focus in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Alyssa has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Dan Ariely on Making Decisions (April 2022) and Social Media Marketing Foundations (December 2021), as well as a Fundamentals of Media Relations certification from Muck Rack.
