Kristyn Grewell has extensive work experience in the customer service and real estate industries. In 2021, they began working as a Consultant Client Services 2 at Cartus, a worldwide provider of corporate relocation services. In this role, they counseled customers on their relocation benefits package, guided listing agents through the competitive listing and Broker Market Analysis process, and administered over thirty active customer files at any given time. From 2006-2010, they worked as a Realtor at CENTURY21 Goodyear Green, a locally-owned real estate brokerage servicing the Oklahoma City metro. From 2001-2006, they worked at Kohl's Department Stores, where they were a Beauty Department Specialist, Visual Merchandising Specialist, and Domestics Department Supervisor. In 2022, they will begin working as a Customer Success Specialist at Clever Real Estate, where they will manage electronic communication between agents, customers, and Clever while ensuring appropriate updates are made to the CRM, Hubspot.

Kristyn Grewell obtained their Diploma in General Studies from Horizon High School Scottsdale, AZ in 1986. Kristyn then obtained their Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission in 2006. In 2007, they obtained their Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) from the Certified Tourism Ambassador\u2122 (CTA) Program. In 2021, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365), Interpersonal Communication, Providing Legendary Customer Service, Salesforce Essential Training, and Slack Essential Training, as well as the Corporate Relocation: The Next Move from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.
