Joelle Barrios, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human capital management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director of People at Clever Inc., Joelle leads a comprehensive People organization, focusing on operations, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Zinc Collective, VP of People Operations at Skybound Entertainment, and Director of Human Capital at Equitas Academy Charter School, where strategic leadership and growth of talent acquisition programs were paramount.
