Peter Ellerkamp is a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Clever Inc. Peter has experience in providing hands-on coaching for Tier 2 support agents on complex technical issues and leading training sessions for the support team. Prior to this, Peter worked as a Technical Support Specialist troubleshooting data exports and API data syncs for school information systems. At Summit Public Schools, Peter served as an AP U.S. History Teacher and Summit Learning Fellow, leading training sessions on project-based learning and cognitive skill scoring calibration.
