Mathias Minsel

Mathias Minsel is an experienced professional in agile coaching and business psychology, currently serving as a Principal Agile Coach at cleverbridge since October 2021, after previously holding the role of Agile Coach within the same company. Prior to this, Mathias worked at Silvertours GmbH as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, and at Penning Consulting GmbH as a Consultant focusing on change management and leadership development. Early career experience includes a position as a Working Student at Airbus, where contributions were made in leadership development and a master's thesis was completed on leadership and digitization training. Mathias holds a Design Thinking Certificate from the Hasso Plattner Institute, a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from BSP Business & Law School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
