Lacie Knight

Lacie Knight has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lacie started their career as a Legal Intern at Blue Ridge Legal Services in 2017. In 2018, they joined Follett Higher Education as a Computer Sales and Service Associate, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and technical support.

In 2019, Lacie worked as a Graduate Assistant and First-Year Writing Program Assistant at James Madison University, where they assisted with program administration and support. Lacie also gained experience in research and writing.

In 2020, Lacie held two positions. Lacie worked as a Digital Media, Marketing, and Technical Writing Intern at Project GROWS, where they created social media content and supported online ordering for farmers markets. Lacie also served as the Summer Impact Fellowship Manager with a focus on technical writing at the Gilliam Center for Entrepreneurship at James Madison University.

In 2021, Lacie worked as a Legal Intern at Good Counsel Services, Inc., where they gained experience in legal research and support. Lacie also joined Clever Devices as an Associate Technical Writer, and later on, transitioned to the role of Technical Writer I. Lacie'sresponsibilities included creating technical documentation and communicating complex information to various stakeholders.

Lacie Knight obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Lacie later pursued a Master's degree in Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication from the same university, completing their studies from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Lacie Knight also obtained certifications in "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" and "Technical Writing: Quick Start Guides" from LinkedIn, in July 2021 and June 2021, respectively.
