P.eng. Raghupathy Kolandavelu

Raghupathy Kolandavelu, P.Eng. CSM has over 19 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering field. From 2002 to 2017, they worked at Honeywell Aerospace, where they held positions such as System Engineering Manager, Technology Specialist, Project Lead, and Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for system definition, validation, and improvement. Raghupathy also led teams, coordinated with multiple departments, and developed innovative techniques for fault isolation and security upgrades. Since 2017, they have been a part of Clever Devices, initially working as a Project Engineer/Technical Specialist II, and later taking on the role of System Engineer and currently serving as the Systems Team Lead. In these positions, they have been involved in deploying complete systems, conducting customer design reviews, and leading system acceptance testing. Overall, Raghupathy Kolandavelu has extensive experience in system engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Raghupathy Kolandavelu, P.Eng. CSM has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Raghupathy further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Raghupathy has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Raghupathy is a certified Professional Engineer (PE) by Professional Engineers Ontario, which they achieved in March 2021. Raghupathy also holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2021.

Raghupathy has taken several additional certifications on leadership, management, and inclusive conversations from LinkedIn. These include certifications in "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid," "Listen to Lead," "Management Foundations," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," and "Unconscious Bias." All of these certifications were obtained in either May 2021 or November 2021.

Furthermore, they hold a Honeywell Certified Program Manager qualification from Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Honeywell Aerospace, obtained at unspecified dates.
