About the Role: As the Director of SEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth strategy for our B2B SaaS MarTech solutions. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of search engine optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO to enhance our online visibility and drive qualified traffic.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring sustainable organic growth.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with our target audience.
  • Technical SEO: Lead initiatives to optimize website architecture, performance, and ensure compliance with search engine algorithms.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
  • Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the business.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a senior SEO role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or MarTech industry.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, including experience with website audits, schema markup, and understanding of search engine algorithms.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

Measures of Success:

  • Organic Traffic Growth: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual targets for organic traffic growth.
  • Keyword Ranking: Improve and maintain top rankings for key industry-relevant keywords.
  • Conversion Rate: Optimize website content and user journeys to improve conversion rates from organic traffic.
  • Link Building Success: Build a robust backlink profile, increasing domain authority and search visibility.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
