Girish Mehta

Girish Mehta has extensive experience in technical documentation and content creation. Girish currently serves as the Director of Product Documentation at CleverTap, where they lead the creation of technical documentation and plays a key role in the migration and application of a new CMS.

Prior to their current role, Girish worked at Chargebee as a Senior Manager of Documentation and later as a Documentation Manager. In these positions, they collaborated with various teams to continuously improve the firm's technical documentation and ensure product information was kept up to date. Girish also contributed to enhancing the team's style and processes as the product base grew.

Before joining Chargebee, Girish served as the Head of Content at an AI company, where they formulated content strategies, wrote press releases, website content, newsletters, and technical blogs. Girish also created email marketing campaigns and was responsible for editing and overseeing all outgoing content.

Girish has also worked at Dell EMC as a Principal Content Developer, where they wrote and managed technical documentation for the company's internet security products. Additionally, they conducted and hired technical writers and utilized UX writing to improve applications.

At Infor, Girish worked as a Senior Technical Writer, focusing on documentation for the company's supply chain management products. Girish also worked on improving the existing release notes process.

Girish has prior experience as a co-founder and Head of Words at Joosworks.com, where they contributed to creating innovative solutions and developing Yogurt, a premier offering that predicted future KPIs.

Earlier in their career, Girish held positions at Adobe, Comviva Technologies, Ericsson, and Headstrong, where they worked as a content and community lead, assistant manager of documentation, and technical writer, respectively.

Girish Mehta completed their Bachelor of Information Systems (BIS) with Honors in Computers from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 1999 and 2003. Later, between 2012 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General studies from Karnataka State Open University. Additionally, Girish obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
