Poppin Mathias

Poppin Mathias has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CleverTap, a modern retention cloud platform that utilizes data, AI, and machine learning to enhance customer relationships and increase revenue. Prior to joining CleverTap, Poppin worked as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Zeta Suite, Flock, and Radix, from 2021 to 2022. They also held various roles at Directi, starting as a Talent Acquisition Lead from 2012 to 2014, and later progressing to the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2021. Poppin's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Directi Internet Solutions and as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at FIS Global Business Solutions.

Poppin Mathias completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2008 to 2010. In April 2014, Poppin obtained a certification as a Certified Recruitment Analyst from Middle Earth HR.
