Rahul Sarin

Director of Customer Success at CleverTap

Rahul Sarin began their work experience in 2011 as an MBA Summer Intern at Hector Beverages Pvt Ltd. In 2012, they joined SRF Limited as a Senior Executive in Strategy and Production Planning, where they achieved various accomplishments such as representing Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Production in a prestigious examination and conducting the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. In 2013, Rahul founded and served as the CEO of R.K.K. Hotels Pvt. Ltd. After that, they worked as a User Advocate at Wooqer from May 2016 to December 2017. From January 2018 to August 2019, they were employed as a Customer Success Manager at Wooqer. Rahul then joined CleverTap in August 2019 as a Senior Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Associate Director in January 2021 and further promoted to Director of Customer Success in January 2022.

Rahul Sarin completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from FORE School of Management in New Delhi from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh Engineering College between 2006 and 2010. In 2004, Rahul completed their high school education at Bhavan Vidyalaya in Chandigarh. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certification from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA), though the specific month is not available.
