Shreejith Parameswaran

Shreejith Parameswaran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shreejith began their career at Zycus in 2016 as a Procurement Analyst, where they leveraged AI-based categorization and conducted data analysis and trend analysis. In 2018, they joined CleverTap as a Customer Success Engineer, where they resolved customer queries, improved customer service, and streamlined operations. Shreejith then became a Technical Account Manager at CleverTap, providing integration walkthroughs and ensuring the health and performance of customer accounts. Shreejith later took on the role of Senior Technical Account Manager, onboarding new accounts, providing technical consulting, and driving product adoption. Currently, they are a Product Manager at CleverTap, collaborating with various teams to prioritize features, release quality products, conduct customer research, and create product documentation.

Shreejith Parameswaran received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Shivajirao S Jondhale College of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Shreejith further obtained a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Software Engineering with a specialization in JAVA from NIIT Limited in August 2015. Shreejith Parameswaran also completed various certification courses, including Node.js Essential Training, Scrum: The Basics, iOS App Development: Notifications, Product Management Tips, iOS 14 Development Essentials, Complete Python Bootcamp, Product Management Fundamentals, The Complete Digital Marketing Course, Digital Marketing Fundamentals, and Business Analytics - R & SAS. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn, Udemy, Google, and IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd. across different years, with the most recent certification obtained in September 2021.
