Whitney Caldwell has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles.

Whitney is currently employed at Clevr Blends as a Supply Chain Manager, where they are responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics across all raw materials and finished goods. Whitney works with suppliers, customers, manufacturing partners, 3PL/fulfillment partners, and internal team members to support new and existing products across direct-to-consumer and retail sales channels.

Prior to their current role, Whitney worked as an Operations Manager at Clevr Blends and held various positions at other companies. At Summerland Winery, they worked as a Tasting Room Ambassador, and at Jill & Co. Events, they served as a Coordination Assistant, assisting with day of coordination for special events and weddings.

Whitney also has experience in the beverage industry, having worked at Flying Embers as an Operations Specialist and Operations Coordinator. Whitney played a key role in the development of hand-crafted, hard beverages with functional benefits.

Additionally, Whitney worked at BigSpeak Speakers Bureau as a Strategic Account Advisor and Assistant to the President & Strategic Account Associate. Whitney helped deliver exceptional keynote speakers and contributed to the success of the largest business-oriented speaker agency in the U.S.

Whitney's work experience also includes positions at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival as a Special Events Assistant and Special Events Intern, where they managed various day and evening events during the annual festival. Whitney also worked in the Communication Department at Santa Barbara City College as an Assistant to Department Chair/Mediated Communication Administrator and as a Communication Lab Teacher/Coordinator.

Furthermore, Whitney gained research experience at Chapman University, where they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in both Sociology and Communication Studies. Their research contributions focused on topics such as the sociology of fear and the development of computational tools in cyberinfrastructure-enabled virtual organizations.

Lastly, Whitney held leadership roles in the Greek community, serving as the Nomination Chairwoman and Recording Secretary at Kappa Kappa Gamma.
