Hagai H. has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. Hagai began their career in 2005 as an Operational Systems Team Leader at Cellcom. In 2007, they became the Director Of G-Soft Unit and R&D Manager at G-STAT. In 2011, they were appointed CTO and Quantitative Developer at Cerberus Trading Solutions. In 2018, they took on the role of Infrastructure Team Lead at Modelity Technologies, where they managed the team, developed back-end Hub & Infrastructure, and implemented CI-CD methodology approach. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Avanan, where they are responsible for developing new features in the Smart-Phish domain, integrating with Avanan's core infrastructure, and developing ML algorithms. Additionally, they are a Senior Software Development Engineer at CLEW.

Hagai H. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management with Specialization Computer Science from Ruppin Academic Center between 2001 and 2006.
