Alycia Diggs-Chavis, the Founder of BlueViolet Energy Healing, also serves as the Principal at ALULA. With a background in management and operations, Alycia has worked in companies such as Conduent, MAXIMUS, Palmetto GBA, and Nationwide. Alycia has experience in leading various teams, improving operations, and implementing new methodologies to enhance productivity. With a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from Harvard University and additional education from Columbia University and Université Grenoble Alpes, Alycia brings a diverse skill set to their roles in the corporate world.
