Michael Mangan, Ph.D., is currently working as a Principal at ALULA since June 2023. Prior to this, Michael held the title of Vice President at DEKRA Insight from January 2015 to June 2023, and VP, Solution Development at DEKRA Strategic Consulting from November 2014 to June 2023. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Michael has also worked at companies like Behavioral Science Technology, Inc, Right Management, IBM, and DDI. Their experience ranges from safety consulting to organizational culture development and leadership capability building.
