Raul Heresi

Raul Heresi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Raul is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations & Digital Transformation at Click Bond since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at DAHER from June 2021 to February 2023.

Raul's most notable experience comes from their time at Gulfstream Aerospace, where they held several positions. Raul started as a Sr. Financial Analyst in February 2005 and later became a Manufacturing Engineer II from May 2005 to March 2008. Raul then served as a Manufacturing Engineer III from March 2008 to September 2010, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and improved production efficiencies, quality, and costs. Raul was later promoted to an Integrated Product Team Manager - Completions Operations from September 2010 to November 2013. In this role, they implemented Lean manufacturing and boosted department savings by multimillion-dollars per year. Raul also served as the Corporate Manager Scheduling / Manufacturing Data from November 2013 to January 2018, where they led a project to upgrade and expand the production scheduling system. Finally, Raul held the position of Senior Operations Manager from February 2018 to April 2021, where they successfully turned around the culture, morale, and operations of a manufacturing division.

Apart from their aerospace experience, Raul also worked as the Principal - Director of Operations at RC Homes LLC - Real State Investments from April 2015 to July 2018. Additionally, they gained experience at ONP Peru, where they served as the Program Manager Special Cases from February 2001 to December 2002 and as the Lambayeque State General Manager from February 2001 to July 2001.
